How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least 48–72 hours in advance. Same-day availability may be possible — just reach out.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the shoot are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

What about weather cancellations for drone shoots?

Drone flights are weather-permitting. If conditions are unsafe we will reschedule at no charge and notify you as early as possible.

How quickly will I receive my files?

Standard turnaround is within 48 hours. Rush delivery (24 hours) is available for an additional fee.

How are files delivered?

All files are delivered via a secure download link. MLS photos are delivered at 1600 × 1200px, bracket-blended and NWMLS-ready.

How long are my files stored?

Files are available for 30 days after delivery. We recommend downloading immediately upon receipt.

When is payment due?

An invoice is sent at the time your completed media is delivered. Payment is due within 3 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major electronic payment methods. Details are included with your invoice.

Do you offer discounts for high-volume agents?

Yes — if you're booking regularly, reach out and we'll work out an arrangement that makes sense for both of us.
